All of our waste is sorted on-site, with recyclables picked up by two recycling companies and organic material kept for decomposition. Additionally, we collect sawdust, horse manure, recycled oil, food waste, fruit peels, and vegetables to create compost. We also use a biodigester to process organic products that can’t be included in the compost mixture.
