Who do I contact if I’m interested in selling my property at Rancho Santana?

Do you provide education and childcare at Rancho Santana?

We have an on-site school, Escuela Santa Ana, that’s accredited by the Pennsylvania Board of Education. The school offers a high-level internationally accredited education to students from Pre-K 3/4 through 12th grade. Learn more about the school

Is there a timeline to build a home?

There is not, the house can be built years after the purchase of the land. Our on-site building company will be ready when you are.

Do you offer financing?

We offer financing up to 80% of the purchase price for all our properties on sale. We also provide financing for construction.

Are there restrictions on foreigners owning property in Nicaragua?

There is no restriction for any foreigner (US citizen or other) to own property within Rancho Santana. Foreigners have the same rights as Nicaraguans, including property rights, so there’s no additional step to take. All titles are held fee simple.
