Kickstart the New year with an all-encompassing experience of wellness at Rancho Santana all month long. We have collaborated with wellness guru, Chef Sasha Noelle to bring you experiences designed to meet you where you are, foster deeper connections with oneself and others, and enhance your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing-whether it is at The Ranch or while traveling.

ITINERARY

MONDAY [16th, 23rd, 30th, & 6th]
Meet the chef Sasha Noel in one of our Ocean View Homes and savour a  3 – 4 course innovative plant-forward dinner with raw dessert celebrating tropical, vibrant, nutrient-dense plant-based cuisine.

TUESDAY [17, 24, 31st & 7th]
Experience the Art of Cashews and learn how to substitute dairy with one of Nicaragua’s finest local ingredients. The two-hour class includes an easy raw cheesecake, creamy salad dressing, and simple cheese.

 
 

WEDNESDAY [18th, 25th, 1st & 8th]
 Join Sasha Noelle for a morning of intentional movement & self-care rituals. Begin with a guided morning yang practice suitable for “all bodies” that includes breath work, meditation, and affirming affirmations. 

THURSDAY [19th, 26th, 2nd, & 9th]
Experience the Art of Cacao from fruit, bean to bar. In this two-hour class, attendees learn how to prepare a simple yet decadent cacao truffle, easy cacao bark, and a savory, raw, cacao mole. All recipes are free of refined sugars and dairy.  

SASHA NOELLE - PLANT-BASES CHEF AND CONSULTANT

Sasha Noelle is culinary trained with the prestigious Matthew Kenney as a raw chef and she has over a decade of experience in the tropics, hosting and cooking for retreat spaces and private settings.Currently, as a private chef, Sasha prepares cuisine for villa clients in Nicaragua and cooks for intimate yoga & surf retreats across Central America and the south of Spain. Sasha works remotely to create tailored menus for clients ready to open juice bars and other plant-based endeavors worldwide. She also works with existing businesses to integrate wellness into food & beverage operations. Sasha is also a yoga teacher and has been guiding classes since 2009. She is trained in yin, vinyasa flow, Sivananda, Usui Reiki, and restorative practices. She takes a gentle yet strong approach to classes by playing with intentional micro muscle engagement, focused breath work, and meditative movements. Her classes are accessible to all bodies and she tries her best to meet each individual where they are in their practice.
