Kathleen’s Yoga Journey

Kathleen discovered yoga through a trusted recommendation, and it quickly became a central part of her life. She teaches in the Baptiste tradition and draws from diverse knowledge, encouraging students to practice with mindful movement and intention. She has extensive experience teaching in various settings, including working with survivors of trauma seeking asylum in the U.S. Kathleen encourages moving into, out of, and through poses with intention, helping students avoid falling into habitual patterns. Her classes are a blend of the traditions that resonate deeply with her, with the hope that they will speak to you as well.
