Our Rancho Santana community members include full-time residents, part-time residents, and regular vacationers. No matter what category you fall under, you’ll see familiar faces each time you’re on the property. Plus, we’re always happy to facilitate mingling at resort celebrations, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the Fourth of July. We also host regular owners gatherings, including our monthly owners cocktail event.
Give Back to Local Communities
Rancho Santana partners with a number of local organizations, including FunLimón, which focuses on community development through education, CREA, a literacy and learning program, and The Roberto Clemente Health Clinic, which provides affordable healthcare to coastal communities in Nicaragua.
Additionally, we’re proud to offer two community tours: the Astillero Community Tour and Conectando Corazones. Through these unique tours, owners and their guests have the opportunity to connect with local residents and lend a hand in the areas of education, health, fitness, and sustainability.
