The Experience

Escape the chill and trade brown foliage for golden sands and sun-drenched days on Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast. This Thanksgiving, let Rancho Santana, your favorite beach resort, become the backdrop for radiant memories and heartfelt gatherings.

Nestled between rolling hills and the Pacific, Rancho is where spirited traditions meet barefoot luxury. Whether you’re honoring time-honored rituals or kindling new ones, our Thanksgiving programming invites you to gather, reflect, and revel in the season’s essence.

This year’s festive offerings include wellness experiences like oceanview gratitude yoga, immersive cultural moments such as a local art exhibition featuring talented Nicaraguan artists, and our cherished annual traditions—the Turkey Trot and a Thanksgiving dinner showcasing the seasonal flavors of Nicaragua.

New family-friendly workshops bring even more joy to your coastal retreat, offering moments to connect and create. Celebrate the spirit of gratitude with us, where every stay is a story and every holiday, a tradition in the making. This is La Buena Vida at Rancho Santana—authentic, soulful, and elegantly yours.

Due to limited availability, we recommend booking in advance. Kindly note, some experiences are subject to a 15% Nicaraguan tax and a 10% service.

Three paintings on easels indoors: two feature shadowy, ethereal figures with glowing highlights; the third shows a person in a hat sitting on rocks, giving thanks as they gaze at a vivid sunset over the ocean—an earthly paradise.
