Our Signature Wellness Massage is 50 minutes, with the option to extend to 80 minutes upon request. Please note that extension requests are subject to availability, and we recommend making them in advance.

How much does the Signature Wellness Massage cost?

Prices begin at C$4,029 / $110 for 50 minutes. Enhancements and additional services are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Do the treatments come with access to the contrast plunge pools?

Yes—spa guests are welcome to enjoy the heated and cool plunge pools once with their treatment. Please note that during high season access is available upon request, and due to high demand, an additional fee applies. We recommend contacting us in advance to confirm.

Where do I check in at The Spa in El Bosque?

Check-in is located at The Spa’s reception pavilion, tucked into the peaceful forest setting near the Wellness Trail. Follow signage from The Inn.

What should I wear or bring for my massage and the plunge pools?

We provide robes, sandals, and towels. Please bring a swimsuit for the plunge pools and arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.

Can I customize pressure or add enhancements (e.g., facials)?

Absolutely. We can discuss pressure preferences, and enhancements such as facials, lymphatic drainage, and other specialized treatments can be added. We suggest contacting us directly so we can personalize treatments tailored to your needs.

Is this massage suitable during pregnancy or for specific medical conditions?

This massage is gentle and relaxing, making it a perfect option for expecting mothers who want to unwind. For added comfort during the session, we also provide a special pillow designed for pregnancy. Please inform our team of any medical conditions so we can tailor your experience appropriately.

What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled treatments to avoid penalties. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, a 50% fee may apply or the full price will be charged.
