Enjoy the unparalleled beauty of Nicaragua on a horseback ride.
Enjoy the unparalleled beauty of Nicaragua on horseback when enjoying one of our equestrian experiences. Choose from a ride along natural roadway trails to a hidden beach and turtle preserve; a trot along our extensive network of jungle paths; an amble through nearby villages to soak up local culture (and wave hello to enthusiastic kids); or a beachside horseback ride at sunset. For experienced equestrians, we even offer advanced Stallion Dancing, which is unique to Nicaragua’s horses who dance in local parades called hipicas. We have a horseback ride for every skill and comfort level.

“Our time at Rancho Santana was exactly what we were looking for. In terms of activities, we had a variety of choices every day, including body surfing perfect curls, hiking through forested hillsides, and hitting the trails on mountain bike or horse. It was a truly top-notch experience.”
