The Conectando Corazones Tour takes you on the ground to learn about local organizations that play a vital role in the well-being of surrounding communities. Our first stop will be at FunLimón, a nonprofit focused on community development through education. Next is a stop at The Roberto Clemente Clinic, which provides affordable healthcare to the area, before concluding the tour with a visit to CREA, a literacy and learning program. Witness each group’s impactful work and learn how you can make an impact of your own.
