Craft Traditional Nicaraguan Pottery

A hands-on ceramic workshop rooted in heritage.

The Experience

Guests are invited to gather in our lush, sun-filled courtyard for a relaxed, hands-on ceramics workshop centered on traditional Nicaraguan pottery techniques dating back to pre-Columbian times. Guided by a local artisan of Chorotega descent from a nearby town, participants will learn firsthand about this craft that’s deeply rooted in the region’s cultural heritage. As they create, guests can enjoy wine, local beer, seltzers, or fresh juices in a laid-back, convivial setting.
