Everything at Rancho Santana is done with sustainability in mind, including our culinary offerings. Thanks to our Pacific Coast location, plus the gardens and orchards we count among our 2,700 acres, we’re proud to serve farm-fresh produce and locally sourced seafood and meats.

This approach allows our chefs to build menus around what’s freshest each day, rather than relying on fixed offerings year-round.

Menus at Rancho Santana’s restaurant reflect the flavors of the land, the changing of the seasons, and the expert curation of our 5-star chefs. You’ll find international cuisine, traditional Nicaraguan dishes, and our own unique creations in the restaurants below. Discover our restaurants in Nicaragua.
