Day 1 – Easy Arrival & Beachside Beginnings 

• Settle into your home and ease into vacation mode 

• Stroll to the beach and unwind 

• Kids play at the Sand Dollar Pool 

• Sunset surf session at Playa Los Perros 

• Dinner at La Finca y El Mar (recommended: coffee-rubbed pork chop) 

Day 2 – Café Mornings & Explorations 

• Breakfast at El Café (favorites: breakfast burrito, Nica bowl, quiche, pancakes, fresh smoothies) 

• Hot tip: order a loaf of banana bread to-go 

• Sandboarding session at Playa Duna 

• Pool time or tide pooling at Playa Santana 

• Lunch at La Taquería (table-side guac & margaritas recommended) 

• Afternoon down time 

• Dinner at La Boquita in Playa Rosada — watch hermit crabs 

Day 3 – Surf School & Sunset Sushi 

• Light breakfast at La Finca y El Mar 

• Surf charter to Lance’s Left (mellow, fun waves) 

• Lunch at La Finca y El Mar 

• Afternoon at the Clubhouse (chess, bocce ball, pool time) 

• Dinner at La Boquita — sushi and pizza night 

Day 4 – Granada Day Trip  

• Smoothie bowl and espresso at La Finca y El Mar 

• Day trip plan: 

• Hike Mombacho Volcano 

• Guided architectural tour of Granada 

• Lunch at El Zaguán 

• Islets boat tour (look for monkeys!) 

• Evening return and dinner at La Finca y El Mar 

Day 5 – Horses & Hidden Beaches

• Breakfast at El Café 

• Couples massage at The Spa in El Bosque + contrast therapy pools 

• Kids enjoy activities at the Kids Club Studio 

• Family adventure: sunset horseback ride on the beach 

• Enjoy In-Home Dining, choose between a four-course plated dinner inspired by the sea, our farm, and fresh seasonal ingredients or a simpler family-style dinner with our Nicaraguan feast menu 

Day 6 – Ocean Adventures & Bonfire Vibes 

• Light meal at La Finca y El Mar (chia pudding, tropical fruit, or garden toast) 

• Guided stand-up paddleboarding at Playa Escondida 

• Lunch at the Pool Bar and Cabanas 

• Relax at Playa Santana, walk on the beach 

• Dinner at La Finca y El Mar  

• Post-dinner: Family bonfire setup at Playa Santana (includes marshmallows) 

Day 7 – Wings, Wraps & Rackets 

• Early morning: Nature hike with a guided birdwatching tour 

• Lunch: Light bite at El Café (wraps, smoothies, fruit bowls) 

• Afternoon: Grab a racket or paddle at the Front desk and hit our tennis or pickleball courts with the whole family 

• Dinner: Grab some groceries at La Tienda, and create a simple but fresh home-cooked meal with ingredients from Rancho Santana’s farm & garden. (If you’re staying in an accommodation with a kitchen. If not, order in!)  

Day 8 – Wheels & Nurture

• Breakfast: Nourishing start at El Café (try the Nica bowl with turmeric latte or coconut cold brew) 

• Guided mountain bike ride through Rancho Santana’s scenic trails 

• Lunch at La Finca y El Mar or the Pool Bar and Cabanas 

• Kids Option: Afternoon at Kids Club Studio 

• Dinner: La Boquita — sunset dining with pizzas, sushis, and a pitcher of sangria 

Day 9 – Art & Adventure Finale 

• Breakfast: Juices and cookies from La Tienda, picnic-style 

• Family surf session at Playa Los Perros with a photoshoot capturing this special moment 

• Lunch: La Taquería – final round of tacos & fresh juice or a cold cerveza (before you leave, pick up a few new favorite t-shirts, flipflops or hats at the Surf Club) 

• Final swim at the Residences Pool  

• Last night celebration dinner with champagne toast at La Finca y El Mar 

Day 10 – Departure & Memories 

• Breakfast: Final Nica bowl and cappuccino at El Café 

• Pack and relax — short beach stroll or yoga session 

• Optional: Grab banana bread or souvenirs from La Tienda 

• Departure: Check-out and transfer
