Come for the catch of the day, stay for the Playa Santana views. Restaurant La Finca y El Mar, located in the Clubhouse, serves locally sourced seafood, grilled meat, and farm-fresh salads—all with Nicaraguan flair.
Hours: 7 am – 9:30 pm
Breakfast: 7 am – 11 am
Happy Hour: 4 pm – 6 pm

- Dress code: shirts and shoes are required for dining at La Finca y El Mar.
- We welcome external reservations for lunch and dinner with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice at dining@ranchosantana.com. Please note that during high season and festive periods, we are unable to accommodate external reservations.
