Breathwork is a powerful tool for transformation and healing. Through this 2 part breath, you will go deep and release what is no longer serving you.
During the session, you are guided through the connected breath while using Reiki to help release any stagnant energy and ground the space. The breathwork technique can stimulate profound release, facilitate the movement of stuck energy, and often leads to feelings of euphoria and expansive transformation. Throughout the session, motivation, support, and Reiki energy are provided to assist you on your journey.
