In the heart of our Courtyard at The Inn, you’ll learn how to temper, mold, and customize your own chocolate bar using rich, locally sourced chocolate. Along the way, uncover the sacred role cacao has played in Central American culture for centuries. It’s the perfect sweet escape for guests of all ages—and a delicious way to take part in the holiday fun.
