The Experience

Indulge your senses in a hands-on exploration of one of Nicaragua’s most treasured ingredients: cacao. This open-air workshop takes you through the full chocolate-making process, from opening the cacao fruit to crafting your own finished bar.

Discover how cacao is grown, fermented, and transformed, and gain insight into its role in Nicaragua’s culinary heritage. Grind roasted cacao beans by hand, work with warm, freshly made chocolate, and mold a bar uniquely your own using locally sourced cacao.

Designed for guests of all ages, this immersive experience blends culture, flavor, and craftsmanship, offering a deeper appreciation for cacao and a sweet creation to enjoy.
