2. Reservations and Bookings
Regular season:
– Cancellation Policy TA:
- First 50% of payment at the time of booking and the final 50% 60 days before arrival.
- Modifications made 30 days or more before check-in will not be penalized but will incur a charge of $25 for processing fees. This applies to partial modifications or total cancelations.
- Requests to reduce the length of stay made less than 30 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the canceled room nights.
- Requests to cancel the total booking made less than 30 days before arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the canceled reservation.

Room Rates: Include Pre-Arrival and On-Property Concierge Services.

• Internet in residence and common areas
• Access to all amenities
• Tennis and pickleball courts and equipments.
• Butler service, an in-home chef, a 4×4 vehicle, and a private driver with

5. Payment
• Methods: We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
