  • 6 days / 5 nights – Settle into shared or private accommodations in our breezy, barefoot-luxury boutique hotel rooms.

  • All meals included – Savor daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner featuring fresh, seasonal flavors. (Alcohol not included; available for purchase.)
  • Daily movement & fitness sessions – Energizing workouts and guided practices led by Michaela and our HF team.
  • Restorative yoga with Jessie – Unwind and reconnect with restorative sessions led by Jessie, founder of FloYo Travels.
  • Transportation included – Seamless airport transfers to and from Rancho Santana, plus comfortable transport for all group activities.
  • One premium adventure – Choose your signature experience: a serene SUP tour, an energizing surf lesson, or a scenic horseback-riding excursion.
  • Daily activities – Immerse yourself in the rhythms of the Emerald Coast with sandboarding sessions, guided hikes and trail runs, a playful monkey-scouting outing, beach visits across all five of Rancho Santana’s shores, and a full calendar of yoga and fitness classes.

Retreat Journey

Day 1 — Arrival & Connection

Day 2 — Movement, Nature & Coastal Discovery

  • Sunrise workout to welcome the day

  • Guided hike to Playa Escondida, swim in its secluded waters, and hike back along scenic coastal paths

  • Afternoon at leisure (pool, beach, or spa time)

  • Poolside nutrition workshop

  • Sunset horseback ride along the shoreline

  • Group dinner

Day 3 — Playful Mornings & Soulful Evenings

  • Sunrise paddle or beach bootcamp

  • Breakfast

  • Free time to relax or explore

  • Afternoon yoga to unwind and restore

  • Dinner & bonfire at Playa Rosada

Day 4 — Adventure Along the Emerald Coast
