FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS (FAQ)

How do I enroll in the Loyalty Program?

You can enroll by subscribing through our website or by signing up during your stay at The Ranch. Membership is free and begins with your first qualifying visit.

Do my nights accumulate over time?

Yes, nights are cumulative and count toward your next tier, even if stays are non-consecutive.

When can I start using my perks?

As soon as you reach a new tier, you can begin redeeming perks during that stay.

Do festive season stays count?

Yes, festive season stays count toward your tier progress, but perks cannot be redeemed during these blackout periods.

Are amenities cumulative? If I stay for four nights under the Roble tier but only enjoy two amenities during that stay, can the remaining two be used later on?

No, amenities are not cumulative. Perks must be used during the qualifying stay and do not roll over to future visits.

How long are my perks valid?

Perks remain valid for five (5) years from the date your tier was achieved.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Enrollment in the Loyalty Program is automatic with qualifying bookings. Participation indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Earning Loyalty Perks

  • Members earn credit toward loyalty perks based on the number of nights stayed.
  • Nights stayed during the festive season count toward tier progress but do not qualify for perk redemption during those dates.
  • Once the required number of nights for a tier is reached, perks can be redeemed during the same qualifying stay or future eligible stays.

Redemption Rules

  • Perks are not redeemable during blackout dates, including but not limited to festive seasons.
  • Perks are valid for five (5) years from the date the tier is achieved.
  • Perks are non-transferable and must be used by the individual who earned them.

Blackout Dates & Restrictions

  • Blackout dates apply and are subject to change at the company’s discretion.
  • Festive season blackout dates include (but are not limited to): December holidays, New Year’s Eve, and Easter Week.
  • Applicable to BAR
  • All tiers must stay for a minimum of 4 nights

General Terms

  • The Loyalty Program and its benefits are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
