This resort is exceptional in every aspect. The quality is truly 100%—from the extremely clean facilities to the peaceful, discreet atmosphere surrounded by beautiful nature. The food is fresh and farm-sourced, prepared with great care and authenticity, which makes every meal a pleasure.
The staff deserve special recognition: highly cultured, intelligent, and professional, with immediate and clear communication at all times.

Our experience at Rancho Santana was beyond amazing. We stayed at Villa Paraiso and the staff and the service was a 10/10. Our concierge Javiera was exceptional. She was organized and very easy to work with. She made sure we felt welcome and was always available when we needed her.
