As we have our own gardens and farm, we’re big on local food production. Every month, we produce 2,500 pounds of fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs, plus nearly 2,000 liters of milk and 1,100 eggs. In the process, we avoid using chemical pesticides, opting instead for herbs, plants, and fungi to fight pests.
