Fly Yoga Arm Balance and Inversion

4 classes to build the strength and confidence with Julia Knoth.



Build the strength and confidence to feel stronger and more confident in your inversions and arm balances.

Each workshop will begin with core conditioning and facilitate techniques of Ashtanga, kundalini kriyas , strength training, contortion conditioning and visualization meditations to learn to fly with confidence and stability.

Class Details

  • January 20, 11am-1:30pm: Conditioning for inversions.
  • January 27, 11am-1:30pm: Building inversions – headstands, forearms and hands.
  • February 3, 11am-1:30pm: Arm Balances
  • February 10, 11am-1:30pm: Flying Vinyasa- using inversions in your practice.

Julia Knoth – Yoga Instructor at Rancho Santana

Julia discovered yoga while training as a ballet dancer. She immediately recognized how transformative and liberating the yoga practice is physically, mentally, and throughout all aspects of life.  She began her journey as a teacher after Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Yin training in New York, Hong Kong, and Bali. Her classes blend her experience as a dancer and her yogic studies. Ranging from dynamic creative Vinyasa flows, mobility conditioning, powerful breath work kriyas, and deep restorative yin.
